After recently moving into a house with the rose bushes suffering from rosette disease and having no landscaping or trees in the back yard, we toured all the nurseries in the Bossier/Shreveport area. We even went down to Keithville, scouting out new trees and shrubs. Lex had the best tree selection in the area by far! Their shrubs were also nice and healthy. They had very mature 30-40+ gallon trees, which is so nice to quickly improve the yard without having to wait years for saplings to grow. The staff was great and helpful. We even went back to get a Traveler Weeping Redbud tree the we fell in love with!

We have been thrilled with the work and final product that Lex Plant Farm has done for us! After putting in an inground pool, we were at a loss concerning the treatment of the yard around it. BJ Lex came to our house, developed an comprehensive plan, and created a lovely backyard. All that is left is to plant shrubs in the fall. I will be shopping at Lex’s for those plants!

Its my go-to place because the staff is awesome, the selection is always more than I expect, and they’re just great.
